Returns
When your order arrives
You have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason. But there are some exceptions.
If you don't like the goods or have changed your mind, you can cancel the order, you must do this within 7 days and you are required to email me to inform me and include a letter within the package on return.
Your refund will be the price of the product and not the postage and you will receive this within 30 days,
You cannot return the item if you have altered then in anyway, or they have been damaged after 30 days.
The item must be in the same condition as when it arrived with packaging and tags attached, if it doesn't we will not accept them back.
Privacy
All information such as emails address, house address and telephone numbers will not be shared with other companies at any time, if you wish to join or leave our newsletters then you will be able to do so at any time.
Promotions
From time to time we will run promotions on various items and offer free delivery and items, we reserve the right withdraw these offers at any time.
